1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fb33 ("Platform", "we", "our") and each individual who uses this platform ("User", "you"). fb33 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, beach volleyball betting, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. fb33 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the fb33 platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Deposits must be made only from the user's own registered payment account.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• Depositing into multiple fb33 accounts from the same bank or mobile banking account is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, to an account in the same name.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, fb33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users who open an account on fb33 and make their first deposit receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000. By accepting this bonus, the following conditions apply:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (deposit plus bonus combined).
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• Each user is eligible to receive this bonus only once.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

fb33's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Progression through VIP tiers depends on overall activity and loyalty on the platform. fb33 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or using other dishonest methods to obtain bonuses will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, all associated bonuses may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fb33 platform are considered final unless a technical error is proven. Bets may be voided in the following situations:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within the rescheduled timeframe.
• If a result is declared void by the relevant sports authority.

5.2 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Participating in match-fixing or bet manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Placing bets using another person's account.

5.3 Game Results and Disputes

Server logs will be considered the final evidence in determining the outcome of all games. Any dispute must be reported to fb33's support team within a maximum of 72 hours. The decision of fb33 management is final and binding.

6 Restricted Regions and Users

For specific legal reasons, the fb33 platform is unable to provide services to users from certain regions. Attempts to create an account from a restricted region may be technically blocked or the account may be closed.

11 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

fb33 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the terms is violated.
• If illegal or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If false or incorrect information has been provided.
• At the user's own request.

11.2 User Request to Close Account

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must notify our support team via live chat or email. All eligible balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Any matter relating to these terms and the fb33 platform's services will be resolved through arbitration and negotiation. As a first step, you must contact our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to participate in binding arbitration. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
